Meet Lily
Every Salon Needs a Lily, she is the one that steers the ship.
Lily is our Director and full time Salon Manager and takes care of all day-to-day running’s. Lily also looks after our apprentices and in salon training.
With over 7 year’s experience in the industry, Lily loves to Colour whether you’re after blended seamless foils, a rich chocolate or a fiery copper … Lilys your girl.
But her skillset doesn’t end there she is also a Wizz on the scissors, and loves completing the total look for her clients.
Lily is one of our go to girls for special event hair styling & is also available for wedding bookings.
Lily loves a chat & with her Bright and bubbly personality it’s easy to see why our clients love her.
Meet Lucy
Director
Senior Stylist | Makeup Artist
As Salon director, Salon administrator, Senior Stylist and Makeup artist. Fair to say Lucy has a few hats.
Lucy Specialises in Ladies Cutting & with almost 20 year’s experience in the industry enjoys sharing her knowledge with emerging stylists through workshops and in salon training.
Throughout her Career Lucy has had some amazing opportunities Styling on The Voice AU and Australian fashion week.
Lucy is also our head Makeup artist and specialises in wedding & special event makeup.
Lucy takes care of all behind-the-scenes that come with running a business, but you can find Lucy in Salon on Wednesdays and Fridays & Saturday- by appointment.
Lucy has one other very important Job and that’s ‘mum’ to her 3 busy children. Ava 7, Ollie 4 and Coco 2.
But if you ask her to come to work is her “day off”.
Meet Keira
Senior Stylist | Makeup Artist
Keira began her career with Mésa as an apprentice & has now been a qualified hairdresser for 2 years, giving her 6 years’ experience in the industry. Is there anything this girl can’t do… we are yet to find out.
A self-confessed perfectionist Keira has an eye for detail, specialising in Men’s & Ladies cutting and event styling, but does enjoy all areas of colour too, whether it be blondes, brunettes, balayage, you name it she is up for it.
Keira is also one of the salons makeup artists, and is available for all special events & wedding makeup.
Keira is easy going, calm and approachable she puts everyone at ease as soon as they take a seat. Its not hard to see why she is so popular among our clients.
Fun fact; Kiera is Mesa’s very own Martha Stewart, the girl can Bake! you will often see her whipping up the girl’s birthday cakes. As we said is there anything this girl can’t do…
Meet Louise
Senior Stylist
Louise or Lou to most has been a special member of the Mésa team for over 6 years now. Lou has been hairdressing for over 35 years’, beginning it all as a tea & tidy at the age of 14. So its fare to say she brings to the team an abundance of knowledge & skill.
Specialising in Ladies and men’s cutting, Lou does still enjoy the odd hair colour & perm here and there. Lou loves a good chat and forming connections with her clients and with her broad skillset this makes her a popular stylist to her extensive clientele.
When Lou isn’t working her magic in the salon, she enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff & after recently becoming a grandmother for the first time to a beautiful little fella named Theodore. Lou is thoroughly enjoying her latest role & soaking up all those newborn cuddles.
Meet Julia
Senior Stylist
Julia’s Impressive Hairdressing Career spans just over 20 years. With her Career Highlights working in Television igniting her passion for special event styling. When not in salon Julia is hosting her own workshops and specialising in Bridal Hair.
As one of the original Founders of Mesa Hair & after owning her own salon(s) for over a decade. Julia decided to take a step Back in September 2022, allowing her to spend more time with her family & take on a new career path….an Uber driver for her 4 children and their after school sports. Julia now looks after her loyal clients on a Wednesday & enjoys being on the other side for a change.
Meet Carlie
Senior Stylist
Hairdressing for 6 years and a Mesa Girl for the last 12 months, Carlie has quickly become part of the mesa furniture.
The foil queen, Specialising in Bright blondes, balayage and root stretch techniques Carlie goes above and beyond to make her clients feel & look amazing. Her bubbly and friendly personality makes her a favourite amongst our clients.
Carlie is also your go to girl for retail. She knows her products inside and out & loves prescribing the right products to suit your needs and to help you achieve your dream style!
Carlie’s latest exciting adventure has just begun as her and Partner Brodie welcomed their first Baby… Little Mae in June. We are so excited to watch Carlie in her new role of mum and she looks forward to seeing all her clients back in the salon later in the year.
Meet Sarah
Senior Stylist
Although only a Mesa Girl for a short amount of time Sarah fits perfectly with our team, bringing with her an impressive 28 years of experience.
Having worked with Goldwell for many of those years, her colour knowledge makes her our go to for all the special formulas!
Sarah is also a great all-rounder & loves all areas of hairdressing…. Even the perms!
Sarah is social and friendly and loves to have chat. As a busy mother of 3 Sarah juggles working life and mum life by working school hours Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
